When I found this vegan version of Snickers, I didn’t expect it to turn out as delicious as it did! Snickers was my favorite candy bar growing up. Although, I wouldn’t eat this as regularly as I used to when I was a kid, it’s a healthier alternative to store-bought Snickers bars.

Experience: There are 3 layers: the nougat, the caramel filling, and the dark chocolate coating. It needs to be stored in the freezer after each layer is made. This is a very simple recipe to follow. In total, it took me a little over an hour but it was so worth it. My favorite layer to make was the caramel filling. It is mainly made up of dates and it tastes just like traditional caramel. It’s incredible! This is definitely one of my favorite recipes and I think everyone needs to give these vegan Snickers a try :)
